Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES:

Orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS. Flat rate shipping (First Class Mail) fee of $5.95 applies to orders shipping to the US. Customer may upgrade shipping to Priority at checkout for $10.95. Free shipping (First Class Mail) applies to orders over $75 with in the US.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES:

International shipping is available to the following countries: Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Canada, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Singapore, Spain and the United Arab Emirates. Orders are generally shipped with in 5-7 days using USPS (average shipping time 8 to 20 days). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at kelly@melvinsminiatures.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
